Join NT Aira Force for a captivating guided walk through the woodlands, meandering several paths leading to the waterfall. You'll pause frequently to explore the site's rich history, and will touch on the site’s management, discussing the mix of historic garden techniques and countryside conservation, while also learning about Aira’s red squirrels and diverse bird life. You will follow the journey of Aira Force as a tourist attraction and its acquisition by the National Trust before concluding the walk at the waterfall, where you can choose to explore further walking options at your leisure.


Time: 40-45 minutes Length: 0.8 miles approx. Total elevation: 90m approx.


Please note that if the weather is poor the walk may not go ahead.


This is a free event but the usual parking charges apply if you aren't an NT member.
