Lockdown 2 - November 5th - December 2nd

Food deliveries and other services

As this second lockdown is slightly different from the first there are some small changes in the information below.

Food Deliveries

As with the first lockdown for anyone who is currently self-isolating, or is worried about going to the shops, Star Fruits, Another Weigh, The Chopping Block have teamed together to get home deliveries out to those who can't get to them. The delivery for Matterdale is on a Wednesday and all orders will be delivered to Emma and Chris Bray who will then make Matterdale valley deliveries.

The process works as follows:

1. Place your order with each shop separately by the end of Monday. Each shop is currently preferring you place your order by email which makes it easier to manage.

2. Make sure you include your full address, any specific delivery directions and your telephone number.

3. Chopping Block and Another Weigh will give your orders to Star Fruits who will the deliver to the Brays for onward distribution in the valley.
