David Fallowfield, the speaker for the September Ullswater Breakfast was born in Cumberland in 1944 and has a deep fascination with our local history. A guide at Hutton in the Forest and has been a member of the Cumbria Family History Society since 1985.
Levi Grisedale is cited as the Cumberland man who 'saved England and Europe' from Napoleon. David will share the full story behind this claim.
