Help Out Day: Meadow Care at NT Aira Force

From cutting this year’s growth and dethatching the ground, to dock removal and seed collection and sorting. There will be a range of activities to suit all abilities and knowledge. It's a drop in activity.

As part of the Nature in the Nooks and Crannies project at Aira Force the National Trust have been establishing mini meadows in the less-used corners of their functional spaces to give nature an opportunity to thrive. During their Meadow Care Day there will be a range of activities focussing on the care and development of the mini meadows they have at Aira Force & Gowbarrow Park.

The event is free but parking fees apply if you aren't a NT member.
